How to prepare for your wax

No caffeine prior to your waxing session it will heighten your sensitivity

Women, if you are close to your menstruation it will also heighten your sensitivity
-
Take an ibuprofen 30 minutes prior to help reduce inflammation
-
After shaving or trimming, hair length should be at least 1/2 inch which is around 3-4 weeks worth of hair growth
